About Tobias Kühr

Mr. Kühr brings over 20 years of professional experience in organizational design, transformation, HR and management consulting. After training as a hotel manager, studying economics/MBA in Cologne, Utrecht and Hertfordshire, he was responsible for a variety of challenges in internal consulting, international organizational development in the USA and Europe and the HR organization of Deutsche Telekom AG. In addition to the development and implementation of the classic roles in HR, Mr. Kühr has primarily implemented strategic and organizational HR products in the corporate environment.

Over the last 10 years, Mr. Kühr has advised various large corporations and medium-sized companies in complex transformations and HR challenges. HR executives and managers appreciate the operational and implementation-oriented support of Mr. Kühr in various transformation and HR challenges.
