Berndtson HR Consulting is celebrating its first anniversary. In October 2020, the company from Frankfurt am Main went to market as a sister company of Odgers Berndtson. With the founding of the company, Berndtson Group as a holding company is pursuing the goal of positioning itself as a comprehensive HR services provider. Berndtson HR Consulting can look back on a successful first year.
"Behind us lie 12 exciting months in which we have created the cornerstones of Berndtson HR Consulting." Tobias Kühr, Managing Director of Berndtson HR-Consulting, reports: "In addition to the steady expansion of our consulting focus, from the beginning we were busy with the successful implementation of the first transformation and HR projects of our clients."
At the time of its founding, the Berndtson Group subsidiary was already able to build on a number of exciting and forward-looking projects. The focus was on workforce transformation, strategic HR planning and transformation management. Furthermore, the optimization of a corporate HR academy and a business partner model as well as various HR processes were on the agenda. "This was and is a challenging but equally exciting journey for me and each and every one of my colleagues," says Kühr: "I would like to thank our clients for their trust and my colleagues for their commitment."
