Job Description

Your contribution

  • Independent handling of challenging transformation projects, in the context of which our clients are led to leadership and process excellence (multi-project management)
  • Support for transformation projects: From acquisition to sustainable anchoring of the implemented measures
  • Access to top management of clients and support in challenging change projects
  • Participation, implementation, moderation and follow-up of client meetings
  • Expansion of existing clients; promotion of cross-selling through close cooperation with the client
  • Structuring and preparation of competitive offers
  • Support of sales processes as well as the successive assumption of sales responsibility
  • Responsibility of competence development, technical coaching of the team and support through expertise and experience (leadership responsibility for project managers/project leaders).
  • Conception of new services and products within the framework of business development measures
  • Selected experience in modern methodologies and technologies (Scrum, Design Thinking, Change Management, Visualization, Experience Mapping...).
  • Establish and maintain a network within the international Odgers Berndtson organization and develop joint, synergistic actions with sister companies.
  • Collaboration and development contribution to the continued success of a young and modern consulting organization that places a lot of emphasis on maintaining its start-up culture - independent of growth and the dynamics of everyday life

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies, ideally MBA / doctorate
  • Professional experience in (internal) management consulting of at least 7 years with experience in supporting challenging (sub-)projects and project management tasks AND/OR
  • Intensive project management experience on the client side (min. middle management level)  
  • Distinct sales and leadership experience (employee development and sales responsibility)
  • Deep experience in strategic and operational HR topics (change management, shared services, HR strategy, recruiting, talent management) AND/OR .
  • in transformation projects / organizational design (restructuring, business development, M&A, etc.)
  • Professional application / development of strategic frameworks and analysis / solution models.
  • Quick overview and linkage about economic contexts
  • Very good communication skills as well as oral and written expression skills
  • Experience in remote work, but also willingness to work at client sites and associated travel
  • Systematic and goal-oriented self- and time management (including control and planning techniques)
