Job Description

Your contribution

  • (Partial) project management of challenging transformation projects, leading our clients to leadership and process excellence
  • Support for transformation projects: From acquisition to sustainable anchoring of the implemented measures
  • Support in the conception of new services and products
  • Participation, implementation, moderation and follow-up of client meetings
  • Support in the expansion of existing clients
  • Support in the structuring and partly independent preparation of competitive offers
  • Establishment and competence development for professional coaching of team members (first professional and leadership responsibility)
  • Network building within the international Odgers Berndtson organization and development of joint, synergetic measures with sister companies

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies
  • Professional experience in (internal) management consulting of 2 years (Consultant) or 3-4 years (Senior Consultant) with experience in supporting challenging (sub-)projects and project management tasks OR
  • Intensive project management experience on the client side
  • First sales and project management experience desirable
  • Experience in strategic and operational HR topics (change management, shared services, HR strategy, recruiting, talent management) AND/OR .
  • in transformation projects/organizational design (restructuring, business development, M&A, etc.)
  • Application/ partly own development of strategic frameworks and analysis/solution models
